The cattlesplittingline includes cutting equipment,boningequipment and packaging facilities. Therefine segmentation forcattle is completed on assembly line. Becauseof the assembly line, the most important facilities is the conveyer belt in cutting and packaging workshop. The band saw or disk saw on each side of conveyer belt are for cutting. Maybe there is a disc check table for distribute part meat at the end of the conveyer belt.
In addition to transmission equipment such as conveyor belt, there are various kinds of stainless steel workbench for segmentation, boning and packaging. All kinds of band saw or disk saw can substitute for cutting tool .It can lessen the labor intensity and improve productivity.There are other equipments play the same role, such as Automatic tank washing machinewhich washes boxes, the vacuum packaging machine in packing room ,the bundlers for bundling and electronic weighing scales or small platform scale for weighing, etc.
In addition, there issome auxiliary equipmentsuch as meat barrel cart, food containers, food plates and apronwashing machine, etc will be used.
Cutting & packing belt conveyer
The two halves of cattle to be cut will be directly sent to the cutting belt conveyer from the cooling and acid discharging cabinet, and then every part of the meat will be fine cut. Through transporting the meat parts with the Belt Conveyer, this machine realizes the assembly-line operation, and raises the productivity. The belt used is the PVC which complies with the food hygienic requirement. The cutting belt conveyer has three categories: the single-layer, the double-layer and the triple-layer ones.
The packaging worktable is located behind the cutting worktable, set bilaterally besides the conveyer. When the parts meat istransported onto the packaging worktable, the workers will package and strap the parts. Finally, the packaged finished goods will be transported to the fresh-keeping store for preservation.
